About the Utility CEO Forum

The Utility CEO Forums are 4 exclusive, by invite only, gatherings of African utility CEOs within the power and energy sector providing a unique, safe space for discussion and debate the modern day challenges of their roles in running African utilities in a fast developing market with high political expectations and low returns within aging or no infrastructure.

The regional Utility CEO Forum: East Africa (co-located with Future Energy East Africa, 17-18 September 2019) will  provide a platform to discuss and compare East African utilities’ financial viability, utility reform, the new energy revolution and general topics that impact all East African utilities such as the regional challenges or cross border co-operation.

Power utility and IPP CEOs will continue from last year’s discussions on the financial viability of the sector and strategies for access for all.
